I’ve been in therapy for sleep disorder since 2005. Even longer if you count all the years of weight problems, depression, fatigue and having trouble staying asleep at night. I first started using a CPAP machine in 2005 after having sleep tests and diagnosed with moderate to severe sleep apnea. I had tried several different types of masks, head gear and chin straps. Uncomfortable nights and nights where I would get a leak in the mask. Not an attractive look either! I want to thank you for my mRNA. As you know I had worn a Tap 3 before and it helped, but the results that I have gotten with my mRNA are beyond belief. I no longer have trouble waking up in the morning, most mornings I am awake before the alarm goes off. One of the scariest things I experienced with sleep apnea was driving home from Austin after seeing my grandchildren, and on more than one occasion I came close to driving off the road. In the past my doctor had me do an ultrasound on my heart because of irregular heart beats. I went to see him in May of this year, and the look on his face was priceless as I no longer have irregular heart beats. I also had high blood pressure, it is now normal to low; my doctor has cut the dose of medication in half. I am watching it on a daily basis and hopefully soon will be off of it all together. The icing on the cake for me is the weight loss, because of the mRNA I have more energy, and I do not feel like I have to continually eat to keep myself awake. I am eating better and actually look forward to either walking or working out. There are no words to explain how I look forward to each day. I am a happy person, but the mRNA and what it has done for me is over the top and I really can’t find the words to express my gratitude to you and what you have done for patients with sleep apnea. For years I have been struggling with sleep apnea, snoring, and restless nights. Over the past few years, several devices have been introduced to combat the issues I have been dealing with. Unfortunately, some have been gimmicks, and others just treat the symptoms and do not resolve the issue. Many of the products and surgical procedures I looked at also had poor results and required annoying machines. I wasn’t looking to just treat the symptoms, and I wasn’t convinced that surgery was my best choice, but I had to do something…I wasn’t the only one losing sleep over my problem! left my appliance at a friend’s house on Monday. So, Monday night I slept with no appliance. I woke up about 5 a.m. with a sore throat, stopped up nose and a headache—and tired. I felt pretty awful most of the morning until I got those things under control. I got my appliance back in time to wear last night. I slept solid from 11:57 p.m. to 5:58 a.m. (according to my Fitbit); then was a little restless and then slept another hour. This morning I feel great—no sore throat, no stopped up nose, no headache and feeling rested! Thanks, Dr. Cress and your very capable and friendly staff!

I am happy to report that according to my wife, my freight train snoring has been cured–or at least reduced to a much softer white noise that does not wake her (or me) up . I have tried many devices and tricks, and your appliance is the only one that has worked. Mucho thanks for your persistent work on my oral appliance. My wife and I greatly appreciate it. We used the Meridian appliance on a patient and after 24 hours of wear the patients words were the same as ours…Magical! The ringing in her ears was almost completely gone, and the crepitus, clicking, and popping were much improved. After one week of wearing the Meridian all symptoms were gone.

The sleep appliance that Dr. Cress prescribed for me has changed my life tremendously. My energy level is high, and I actually feel like I did back in my twenties. In reality, I am in my sixties.
